What is covered

A support contract covers you for bug fixes which could either be in the system code or an integration with a third-party system which have a targeted 5 hour response time within working hours.

Any visual or core changes which take less than an hour are included free of charge.


Support costs vary depending on the complexity of the system, when we provide a quote for the bespoke software we also provide an estimate for support.

For our bespoke software we provide 3 months free support which can then be renewed monthly, quarterly or annually.

*We can only support solutions when you have access to the developer account or can request to be given full access.
